Mt. Carmel's Quoi Ellis secured his return to the state meet, winning the 100m (10.60) and 200 (21.30) to win the San Diego Section Division 2 titles on his home track.  Ellis also ran the anchor leg for the Sundevils' 4x100 Relay that finished seventh (43.93).
